Terms of service

Last updated: October 20, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Atelier Lumière online store and any purchase you make from it. Atelier Lumière is a brand of Stiing Pro LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"). By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our products. Atelier Lumière sells archival reproductions of artworks that are in the public domain, sourced from the open-access collections of museums. Our editions are reproductions, not original artworks. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any museum that holds the original works. Museum names are mentioned only to identify the source of each image.

2. Colour and appearance. We restore and colour-calibrate every file carefully. However, colours on screens vary, and printed works may differ slightly from what you see on your device. Room mockups are illustrations and may not show exact scale. Frame wood grain and canvas texture vary naturally from piece to piece.

3. Orders. Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a pricing error is identified. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

4. Prices and payment. Prices are shown in US dollars, unless your local currency is displayed at checkout. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you.

5. Shipping, risk and returns. Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

6. Intellectual property. The underlying artworks are in the public domain. The Atelier Lumière name and logo, our website design, product photography and room mockups, texts and descriptions are our property or used under licence. They may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.

7. Use of the store. You agree not to misuse the store, including attempting to interfere with its operation, using it for any unlawful purpose, or submitting false information.

8. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country.

9. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence.

10. Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the store at the time of your order applies to that order.

11. Contact. Questions about these Terms: hello@atelierlumiereart.com.
